Rental Rates

Con Hall OrganOur venues are available for performances, rehearsals, meetings, conferences and weddings, when they are not required for our own classes and events. Our major events are not finalized for the following year until February. Please note: regarding performances and weddings, staffing and technical costs are in addition to rental rates and will be discussed prior to finalizing your booking. To see when a venue is available, please refer to our online booking system. Rates are revised effective April 1 annually.

 

Convocation Hall

Convocation Hall is an integral resource of the Department of Music, and must satisfy Music requirements before considering non-Music requests. Please note: no external bookings are available in November through the end of classes in December, or March through the end of classes in April. Thank you for your understanding. 

Payment of Fees

A copy of the signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of $200 per day or per performance is required in order to confirm your event. The balance of the fee is due 15 days after the event. 

Technical questions

SOCAN

Payment of SOCAN fees is the responsibility of the renter. If you have questions, please contact SOCAN Edmonton at 780-439-9049 or 1-800-517-6226.
